A well-thought-out interior design process becomes the roadmap to realizing our full vision for our clients. Our planned, organized, and coordinated method ensures builders and contractors thoroughly understand the design plan and specifications along the way.
Consultation
Every one of us has a very particular idea of how we want our homes to look and feel. This is why our interior designers sit down with the client to discuss their vision of the designs and how they want to make that happen. During this phase, we explore and brainstorm and try to see through your eyes which leads to establish a preliminary budget.
Concept & design Finalization
It includes discussing the project in detail, documenting, identifying your style preferences and ideas, followed by site visits to measure and photograph. and obtain any existing architectural plans. We will first refine the interior design concept and creative direction. Then create sketches and outline floor plans to clarify the design intent. Finally, we will select finishes for the different elements (materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture). At this point we are ready to present our designs to you for your approval before moving to our next step. We will have the floorplans, elevations, materials selection, and furniture plans developed into final drawings from the approved design concept.
Project Management
After the planning and sketching, we begin implementing the designs plans, turning your dreams into reality. We’ll discuss timeline expectations, based on your project and the extent of work needed. Regular site visits will address any challenges which arise during the process and will ensure us to follow the plan.
Execution & implementation
We track your different work activities and installations like Ceiling, Flooring, MEP, Woodwork & Home Decor upto the mark of quality. Upon completion of construction and final inspection, the space is handed over. Our vision directive is then re-examined to ensure that the original project goals have been met.
